Legal and psychological counseling in adoption processes
- We seek to respect the right of children and adolescents, who are in legal aptitude to be adopted, so that they can have a family and enjoy equal conditions to those of consanguineous children
National adoption
- It happens when a girl, boy or adolescent has been judicially declared in legal and social capacity to be adopted.
International adoption
- It applies to international families qualified as suitable in one of the countries that have ratified the Hague Convention concerning international adoption.
Exceptional adoptions
- Concerning adoption processes of the spouse’s children, adoption between relatives and people of legal age up to 21 years of age
Adoption by consent
- It allows the mother, the father or both to initiate a legal process before the competent authority so that their son or daughter is declared in legal and social capacity to be adopted.
Receptive adoption
- It allows Ecuadorian families to adopt boys, girls and adolescents from other countries.
Ecuadorean legal representation to intermediate international adoptions
- Counseling and legal representation in Ecuador to authorized international agencies and foreign families for international adoption intermediation.
